Karen was amazing!!! I didn't think I was going to be able to qualify for a loan for a home, but she made it happen!!! She was so helpful and walked me through the whole process, if I had any questions she was always there to answer them for me.

I called Karen Solgard in Mid August to see if Marketplace Mortgage did VA loans. She said they did and within 24 hours I had been pre approved for the mortgage. Expecting that the VA process would take a long time I Contracted to purchase a home with an October 31, 2016 closing date which gave them a little over 2 months to get it all done. Karen was very attentive and helped us all through the process. She reminded us when documents didn't arrive because she knew we wanted to make an very quick closing date. She pre-filled documents with our names and address to make it easier on us. Overall, she was just very considerate and the assistance is just what we needed. I highly recommend Karen to anyone looking for a mortgage.

We received excellent service from Karen Solgard and her team with the purchase of our home in Ft. Myers. As we were in Arizona at the time it was a remote closing and it went smoothly
