My wife happened to be in Devils Lake and I called Jarrett to schedule an appointment. Sheila ended up scheduling the appointment and DL Ford was able to get my wife in for an oil change and a tire rotation on our 2024 Ford Maverick within 2 hours. Jarrett ended up helping my wife and she said that he was friendly and put a new oil change punch card on her key chain when the appointment was done. Recently went to Devil's Lake Ford for an oil change and a tire rotation on our 2024 Ford F 150 4x4. Synthetic oil was used as requested and the tire rotation was done properly. I even had a free oil change and tire rotation coming from my punch card and Jarrett honored that with no problem. He alerted me to a couple of filters that needed to be changed and we went ahead and changed them so I appreciate the heads up there.
