We recently had some service work done on our 2017 Ford Focus. When I called to make an appointment with service, Troy answered the phone right away and said to bring it in right away and that he could fit it in. The next day whenever I called on our Focus to check the progress, Brent answered the phone and said that our Focus was all finished.
