Very disappointed. This is our 10th year visiting this Santa location and this is the worst one ever. The "helpers" were discussing lip stick colors and piercing. I had to ask for retakes (which was only the 2nd shot) and the pictures they printed were horrible! I was only offered one package. I am embarrassed that I bought it, but my kids were already dressed up and we were there. The Santa had a "real beard." But it was grey and dingy and looked dirty. I think it might be time to look for a new location.
