This mall is so inclusive and accepting towards those with disabilities. I highly recommend this mall. They are very accommodating to those with disabilities!

Clean mall and spacious parking.
Marketplace at Factoria provided the absolute worst experience my family has ever had at any mall. They good a popular kids event only to shut down everything before the event is even over, leaving many kids to wonder why they didn't get what everyone else did. Marketplace at Factoria has no response for their horrid behavior.
