Lived here for nearly 2 years and it's a fine place. Location right on mainstreet is great, especially during summer festivals. They were great at getting to work orders quickly and with zero issues. I'd say the rent is a touch high, but that is true for all of Hopkins right now. Will be even better when the light rail finishes in just 23 years! Would recommend!
I have lived here for over a year. The maintenance team is phenomenal! Very knowledgeable and professional. Requests are typically dealt with within 1-2 days. Office staff are always friendly and responsive to calls.
NO REPLY to phone message and NOT AVAILABLE during minimal business hours. My friend is moving to the area so we wanted to check out some online possibilities. Our phone message went unreturned. We went during their business hours which are few and no one answered. We did get in when a resident came home and waited in lobby for an hour. It’s a beautiful place but not well attended to. Super clean apartments, awesome layouts & everything is very new. Maintenance completes work requests right away. The location is amazing. Everything you will ever need is walking distance
