No wonder it has bad rating. No doctor available on a Thursday morning to attend patients. Staff is just existing. Would not recommend to even consider this clinic ever.

Ever since the transition of this office it has gone down hill. I was late to an appointment for my daughter about 10 minutes I decided to call them to give them a heads up and they decided to cancel the appointment because I would be late and the doctor needed to leave apparently. Not to mention I had an original appointment booked that they decided to cancel because the doctor would not be in. We worked with Ivana to sort out some concerns my grandmother had regarding her health and experienced wonderful and compassionate care and bedside manner. Ivana took the time to make sure my grandmother felt heard and researched the treatment options. The staff at the front were very accommodating and helpful. Thank you for a positive experience!

The appointments are not with Dr. Mahoney. They are with doctors who seem to be in training. They don't tell you this up front. They tell you when you are already in the room with the trainee. The receptionist got mad at me and hung up on me when I wasn’t available for an appointment. Sad/dishonest place. I’d avoid it if you aren’t truly desperate for a family doctor.
