Market place is a apartment building and Lebanon housing authority is partnered with market place and other apartment and houses for low income, but you need a section 8 voucher for affordable housing. But honestly the rent is way too high for a one bedroom apartment. Also some of their guidelines are actually against tenants rights. Every single year the rent increases about 30 dollars a year increase for an apartment from brick property services. They are nice size one bedroom apartments. Let me tell you a little bit about me. I came to the Market place to live my life on my own terms. Sometimes we tend to look for validation from others and in the process of asking for validation we tend to scare people away. That was what I was doing to all these tenants in the building.
