AWFUL SERVICE. We came here before a concert to grab a quick meal and drink. We were sat immediately but that was about as close to a positive thing I can say about it. It took about 15 minutes to have anyone acknowledge our presence. The outdoor seating was nice otherwise it would have gotten no stars. Our server was also fine but the food was disgraceful. $14 for 5 wings?! The sauces were not edible and was thankful they had ranch we could use as a dip. We also ordered the chicken quesadilla and it literally was two small chicken and cheese tacos with a side of ranch for $14. I really wanted to like it but this was terrible.
We had an absolutely wonderful experience hosting our engagement celebration here! From the planning process all the way through the day of the event, the staff was amazing. Communication was great, everyone was extremely accommodating, and they made the entire process easy and stress-free. Went to grab a bite to eat prior to hitting Merriweather Post Pavilion for a show. While we arrived before the pre show rush our service was incredibly slow. There was only one waitress staffed for the majority of the outdoor seating. This was poor planning on managements part. They should be well aware when a concert is happening and plan to staff accordingly.
