WOW. Someone needs to hold the Appraisers here accountable. And I might just be that someone. I still believe I was appraised and not my home.
Stay Away - I only give 1 star as 0 star rating is not available. Unfortunately the appraiser's license in good for 16 years in the state of GA which does not ensure appraisers are up to date on training and market knowledge. The appraiser placed inaccurate information on the appraisal and did not seek out to correct when it was pointed out. A dispute of the incorrect information was simply met with a generic response. Steer clear from this unprofessional appraiser.
