After signing in at the entrance, no one greeted me. I wanted to open a new account. I got a shout from a cubicle saying "I can help you". The person never introduced themselves, never shook my hand. I don't recall any eye contact and I actually made to feel like I was bothersome. Long story short.. took my monies to Capital One, was greeted, the gentleman was informative, explained the policies, the app, and I was in and out in 15 minutes with a new account opened. My recent loan process has been my worst ever. It started with a request to do a refinance of one of my cars. The manager and consumer lending manager provided inconsistent responses and a huge waste of my time. This process ended with poor responses and nothing accomplished except the Lending Manager suggesting that I voluntarily give another lender the car as a repo! Im so sad for the bad experience other have encountered. I have been with this financial institution since 1997 and have never had a bad experience. I have always been serviced with the greatest personalities from the staff at Sheriff Rd To Landover l would even recommend others to this location.l even enjoyed going to Calverton .But then again maybe its my personality. , l seem to always get along with eveyone. Hope you guys weren't just having a bad day
