I tried every phone number and there was no one to answer my calls since Friday evening 5/11/2018. Then the phone company says the lines were not working. And the Website is not online. They were working overtime too get people to get the father and son opportunity to work with them, look over their shoulder and trade on the same stuff they do generating tons of pips. BUT there is no one at home at this point.

Let me tell ya, they charge for everything. they charge for tuition, any machine they can, they even tried charging me for the classes that went with one of their crypto currency machine. They promise that you will get all this stuff but what they don't tell you is that by the time you are through, they have taken all the money you put aside to trade. they even got me to sign up for a ****** account to pay for one of the machines (which by the way, is rental only,) and then they will take away your tuition. Registered for Tyson's course. I was charged and didn't get any link for the first class. When I reported the issue, the team was least bothered abt the issue. They don't respond to emails or phones quickly and specially when there's an issue, its very frustrating. They even changed the customer account representative assigned to me, so that I don't bother his busy day with complaints and concerns. Their coaches are usually late or don't show up & someone else entertains us instead. Very Very poor service

They do have some good education. The problem is that they try to sell you on every new course that comes out every month or two. Also, they offer them at "sale" prices, usually around $1995 and state what the normal price usually is. The real issue is that the student/customer has nothing to compare that "original" price to. On the website where thy list all of the courses, it only says to call to speak to your advisor. This is a great company to work with. Their focus is to help their clients learn and maneuver through the Forex market. It is not something you can learn in a week. It takes time and a lot of hard work. Markettraders will give you all the tools you need. You have to put in the energy to make yourself successful.
