They inundate you with marketing emails and when you unsubscribe from "All emails" they keep coming. When you ask for help from someone in the company like the "continuing education director" they say they have fixed the problem but the emails keep coming and I am talking about up to 10 a day. Most companies make money selling goods but MTI promotes so many new "Strategies and robots" that they end up not being able to support them all. Their "support" stinks!

Bogus, fraudulent company promoting education on financial markets to get you to hell in the end. Their strategies don't work in the long-term, yet they charge massive amount of money for everything they sell. Plus they sell a lot, from indicators to countless strategies, which will overwhelm anyone and their selling is persuasive and it always seem you will make money with this or that strategy they offer. **** ** ***** ** ***** Nonstop spam from this company, I have unsubscribed, numerous times, even though I never subscribed in the first place. Reported them to their hosting company, and it never stops. I would NEVER spend a single penny, with a harassing company like this. Any lawyers out there that would like to sue this company for sending unwanted spam emails? Reply with your contact info.

I signed up for the Signal Shadow Pro program on 1/19/23 at a price of $2495 and have been very dissapointed.It was explained to me that this program was automated and all I had to do was confirm trades through text messages each time a trade was placed by their head trader.I was also told that I could set up preauthorization so I would not miss any traders that at night.The sales person also told me that most people started with around $200 and that they did very well with that amount.I told sales person that I would start ... read more

Gosh, I’m stumped at all the negative experiences people are having with MTI. I signed up with MTI about 4 months ago, and I’ll be honest with you, so far I have been very satisfied with my experience. The webinars are very informative, and they are constantly encouraging me to get registered for “X” webinar to further my knowledge on how to……. 2/16/2023 I was interested in learning more about trading, and was assured that their program would provide enough information to make me an astute trader. Also, I can cancel and a full refund of $750.00 would be forth coming immediately. As of this writing I'm being avoided and have not received a refund.

I started getting emails about a course I'd signed up for via this company. I have never been in touch with them, it's not a service I'd ever be interested in. I had nothing in my email or spam from them previously, but despite clicking unsubscribe I continued to get emails. They have no way to delete your 'profile' that is created on your behalf. I have resorted to blocking their domain to get them to stop contacting me.

To Whom it may concern; I asked for a refund from MTI of $2,500, that I paid a month ago, and was refused. They didn't even offer half back which really upsets me. I was told a month ago, by Michael *******, (and I asked him straight out if I had to do anything), and he told me. No, after I paid $2,500 to fund my $25,000 account, that I had to do nothing, and the "robot" would do my trading for me. As long as I paid $199 a month. Zero stars and an Email scam. They do not honor unsubscribe requests. They just recycle your email and send you nonsense email from ???@my markettraders.com. It is straight up harassment. All I did was sign up for a newsletter over a year ago and it was the absolute worst decision. I'm actually considering changing my email as the only was to not get 3 emails a day from them. By the way, it won't let me give zero stars.
