Rented a home to my family that was in foreclosure these people ar the lowest of the low scumbags they lie and cheat you out of your money and hide behind there lawyer's they will get theres in the end chock on the money you steal from people crooks at best
If I could rate a ZERO I would. They got us in the rental we were looking at in Jacksonville FL quick, but we payed way more than we should have. The place was filthy beyond words. There was torn carpet, torn screens on the windows that had them, marks on every wall, pet fur/food everywhere, cracked tiles, I spent 3 hours cleaning one shower/tub alone, one window wasn't even glass but plexiglass just kind of pushed in the opening and the yard was an overgrown field of literally knee high grass and landscaping that hadn't see... read more
House was in foreclosure before I signed an annual lease. After the house was sold on the courthouse steps they tried to evict me for not paying rent on a property they no longer owned. Now they are trying to take my security deposit because of an overdue balance on rent they say was due for the month after the house was sold on the courthouse steps. This is a HORRIBLE property management company. DON'T RENT FROM THESE CROOKS!!!
