Been paying average $300/month for light and water for 1 person. Pipe burst in January and I guess they never fixed it. Residual leak until a couple days ago. Very nasty man won't help at all with what amounts to almost $3000 overpayment. Water Dept feels that the water was consumed so I guess I'm the one who gets to pay for this allon my own. Shameful, just shameful.
Terrible! I lived there 8 years. When I moved out the carpet was 16 years old. I was sent a bill to cover the cost of new carpet for the whole apartment when I moved out.

We have only been living here for a few months and already want to move out! We were told that there hadn't been any noise complaints from anyone and I have been tempted to call the cops for noise. You try calling the lady on duty and she wants you to take care of the problem. We did not do a pre-move in check list and we had a few broken items before moving in that the maintenance guy had to come fix right away.
