RecommendedI am so grateful my Mom is being well cared for at Market Street by a staff she and I absolutely adore. They are like family to me and I recommend them at the highest level.
My dad has been here for just over a year, and it is wonderful for him. I know he is safe and cared for by people who care about him. I cannot say enough good things about their director of memory care, Linda. And my dad's care team is amazing with him.
The Activity Director, Linda Pinke, and her assistant director are exceptional! The residents are always going on field trips and lunch outings in addition to a full calendar of activities in the home. The monthly Sunday brunch with families is another great event. This is my mother's third facility and it is by far the best.

Market Street has had a lot management changeover in the last year. It's vital that Memorycare residents have a good Wellness team to assure good consistent care. The Wellness program needs a strong manager with good communications, team building and critical thinking skills. Did not find that at Market Street. Some great RCS's and a few good nurses, but not a good team that receives the support they need. If we weren't there everyday, we were not comfortable with the daily care being consistent and accurate.
