First I would like to say the Vet side of this establishment is AWESOME, Ive never had issues with them. I called in on Monday to ask availability on the grooming side was given days with times and indicated lets do Saturday. She ask what time I state 10am.. Well get there today to take in my furbaby for his well needed grooming session to be told my appt isnt till next Saturday. The schedling representative was rude trying to tell me that she scheduled my appt and indicated to me that it was 2 Saturdays away.. Ummmm no she ... read more
