A month ago a resident Brenda Smith posted a review on management here at Market street Lofts East Liverpool Ohio I am a witness she is telling the truth about fake evictions , dog feces in hallways on exit door steps. Manager is barely in office and she has no people skills , The way she treat residents you think we are inmates in a prison ward. Elevator was down for 3 months. I had a great experience with Aliysia as property manager. Before her things were a little rocky. Since shes been here she has always professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with. She makes the entire process smooth and is responsive whenever I have questions or need assistance. Her positive attitude and attention to detail make a real difference, and I appreciated how helpful and approachable she is throughout.

I have been waiting since around October of 2024 to get my security deposit check. Have called and left probably well over 200 voicemails. Nobody was there to collect our keys or walk through with us so we just slid them under the office door in an envelope. Showed up multiple times during office hours to nobody there. Once I finally got a hold of someone last month she was asked to leave the company. If someone could let me know if there is any legal action I could take towards them I would appreciate it. 0/10 recommend and... read more
