I have been waiting since around October of 2024 to get my security deposit check. Have called and left probably well over 200 voicemails. Nobody was there to collect our keys or walk through with us so we just slid them under the office door in an envelope. Showed up multiple times during office hours to nobody there. Once I finally got a hold of someone last month she was asked to leave the company. I lived here for 5 years. I recently moved out back in December 2024 - January 2025. During that time, management changed hands at least 3 times. because of this, we are now being charged fees for unpaid rent, pet fees that were included in our rent, and several "late fees". No one is ever there to answer the phone, and several people who I know that still live there have also come forward about similar issues.
I tried calling them for three months. Nobody was EVER in the office, even when they said they were supposed to be open. Finally got a hold of somebody after three months. Scheduled an appointment to tour an apartment the literal next day at 1:30 and nobody showed up no calls no explanation nothing. Nobody was even in the office. Finally left after over an hour of waiting for someone to show up. This place is unsafe no cameras. Management is very lazy. No maintenance on site. Lot of theft. Very expensive raise rent often. Lot of drug activity and you pay extra to us gym and activity room don't be fooled plz
I have a client here I take care of an the apartments are absolutely nice it's well cleaned here I haven't really met anyone but it's a nice well kept place
