The Landlord isn’t eager at all to make sure her tenants are properly taken care of. It took 4 work order request in order to get the problem solved. Only then after being told that reaching out to owners wouldn’t be a good thing to do. They will do their best to collect monthly rent but won’t do their best to accommodate the tenants. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Really wonderful place to live with an AWESOME office and maintenance staff. Really nice neighbors in various buildings throughout. I enjoyed living here.

really nice people in the office. cool little community with nice features for the location and rent is affordable, especially for students or new to area
