After reading all the great reviews I decided to give this dentist a try. After getting an X-ray done I got a run down of all the work that needed to be done along with the price I had to pay out of pocket after my insurance coverage. I decided to go ahead and reschedule another appointment to get my teeth work done. I'm surprised by the reviews I read and the high rating this dentist has gotten. Receptionist was rude, complete opposite of the warm and welcoming reviews I read before going there. This place is a total rip off, over priced with no bedside manner. If you are looking for a new dentist...keep looking! This guy just wants your money; he wasn't concerned at all that I was in pain.
No wait, very courteous, explained everything before they did it, no pain with numbing shots, worked on getting it right before I was released. I couldn't say I loved it because I hate going to the dentist, but this was relatively painless for work I'd been putting off for years.
I absolutely loved the care and attention I received on my first visit. My experience at Market St. Family Dental was excellent. The facility is new and very clean and the 360 degree x-ray machine was way cool. All the procedures were explained beforehand and they made sure I felt very comfortable during them. It was very comforting and reassuring to see how much they cared about you. I will definitely refer all my friends and family.
