This is the second time I’ve used these guys for jewelry repair. They were upfront that because the bracelet was only gold plated and super delicate, there may not be a solution. But only a week later, the bracelet was fixed. It’s not “cheap” (this repair was $60) but if you have invested in pieces and want to make them last, it’s worth it.

I really enjoyed the process of purchasing an engagement ring here. Staff was very friendly and not stuffy. Sonny took great care to help me select the right ring. She remembered my name coming back there and also remembered a modification I was interested in making to the ring. Great customer service. Very helpful and great value.
