My engagement ring and wedding band were purchased here in the last 8 years. During that time, the sales associates were helpful and prices were reasonable. Their inventory is without a doubt beautiful. After an unfortunate incident, I recently brought in my engagement ring to have the gem replaced and stone reset. Market Square Jewelers attempted to upsell me on over $1000 worth of work on a piece refusing to size my ring until this work was done. I got a second opinion from other reputable estate jeweler, who explained to me why the work MS claimed was necessary was not in fact needed, and then also sized my ring no problem. It has been years since and the ring has held up fine without the work they claimed was necessary.
