Market realty has been very cruel. I rented with them for nearly 4 years until I had my baby. I was very sick and hospitalized right before his birth and missed some work. Despite knowing of my illness they filed eviction after less than a week of rent being late. They will brag about making their first million then demand payment on their rental AFTER evicting you, making it clear they do not care about you as a person, only the bottom line, greed.
