Absolutely horrible people definitely running a scam I a had to move into a place quick and it was my only option at the time but do yourself a favor do NOT go through marketplace over priced houses that are really decrepit and run down they refuse to do anything to maintain the properties and the have a bunch of really really fine print stuff in the lease that they try to get more money out of you in the end. 0 stars if I could.
This is the worst company to rent from they will rent you a home and hide the black mold and never fix anything and when you move they keep your deposit and take you to collections not recommend. I hope they lose the license
I would give them zero stars if I could. Their emergency services are never handled appropriately as our heat and AC went out multiple times (always over a weekend) and with an under 1 year old, we couldn’t wait for their 4 day turnaround as temperatures soared or plummeted. They pushed back on paying for services that weren’t provided by their less than skilled maintenance staff.
