My bedroom window was broken the entire 5 years my family lived in one of their properties. Every time they sent someone out, that person didn’t know how to fix it and would say we needed to get with the office to reschedule. Wish that was the only maintenance issue, but that’s just one example. Office staff was also rude anytime we called or went in to talk to them. Would not recommend this management company to anyone.
