DON'T RENT FROM THESE PPL!! They are scammers! They are greedy! They charge extra for nothing, they don't fix the things they say they will, this is the WORST company EVER to deal with and rent from. Marketplace realty LLC ran by the Sanchez family is incapable of managing properties. They purchase run down homes, throw a tenant in there, raise the rents and bury tenants in fees. Multiple properties that are asbestos ridden, mold ridden, jerry rigged plumbing, illegal electrical work, broken windows, bad sewer lines etc.... They are now charging the highest rents for the worst houses on the block. The state needs to step in
They don’t respond to any maintenance emergency!! W/D sucks, tub fills up and we paid out of pocket for that but got told to contact the landlord because it’s a bigger fix but they won’t come out and fix it! AND There’s a power line that fell in the backyard!!! and they won’t come for that either. But they’ll come by to post rent on your door.
