This is the worst company to rent from they will rent you a home and hide the black mold and never fix anything and when you move they keep your deposit and take you to collections not recommend. I hope they lose the license
I would give them zero stars if I could. Their emergency services are never handled appropriately as our heat and AC went out multiple times (always over a weekend) and with an under 1 year old, we couldn’t wait for their 4 day turnaround as temperatures soared or plummeted. They pushed back on paying for services that weren’t provided by their less than skilled maintenance staff. My neighbor rents with Marketplace Realty. During a windstorm, our shared fence fell down. I did all the legwork—getting 10 different estimates, having a different neighbor temporarily put the fence back up, and scheduling a contractor after the neighbor said they would help pay. Once I told them the price, the neighbor told me they did not own the property and to contact Marketplace. House was extremely dirty when I moved in and floor, had holes in laundry room and kitchen, I needed a place so moved in anyway. They send you a hugh bill l after move out and try to charge you for items that are damaged when you moved in, filled out multiple maintenance requests that were never answered. I paid a pet deposit / deposit for them to just say I forfeited when I moved out.
