This is BY FAR THE WORST CLINIC EVER! No personality at all in the front staff and Dr. Cranford seemed more interested in talking to his nurse than to me. I went in on Thursday and was diagnosed with an ear infection, he gave me a medicine I had never taken before. I took it for 3 days and had the worst reaction ever to it. I called back Monday morning at 8 AM and asked him to call me in something different because I could not take it. I still have not heard back from him and it is Tuesday at 12:30! I just sent my significant other to this clinic. He has not seen a doctor in 10 years and does not ever complain of feeling bad. He is in pain. This clinic did ZERO to determine if he needed medical care. There was no blood taken, no urine sample taken. His symptoms seem kidney-related but we have no way to know since nothing was done. Probably will end up with an ER visit. This was a waste of time and money.
Doctor Cranford, really cares and is a very competent physician. His staff is very friendly and accommodating. A really great clinic!
