Usually you are safe getting promises in writing but not here. Also don't believe them they are sending you your second key with the plates. They don't have it. Also have to deal with people with childish nicknames like "Doc". Worst of the worst used car dealership.
"This is the best place to buy a car or truck! They will take good care of you. It’s definitely the best dealership within 20 miles!" By the way, I don't think it's possible for a used car to be completely free of potential issues, since it isn't brand new. If a problem does arise, look at how they handle it—and compare that to how other dealers handle similar situations.

"Highly dishonest dealership. I inspected multiple vehicles on their lot and found severe issues. One vehicle had completely bald rear tires and heavily warped, gouged front rotors—violating their claimed policy of replacing brakes/tires below 60%. A second vehicle had an active oil leak pooling on top of the valve cover, which staff dismissed as 'old oil.'
