Craig was great! Very friendly and professional. Made the process straightforward and easy.
Typical sleazy car dealership. We reached out about a specific car and confirmed it’s on the lot, drove out there to take a look at it only to show up and it’s a different car. Ralph (the salesman) then proceeds to call his manager out and then proceeds to argue with us that it’s “not his fault” and he “didn’t know”. Whose job is it to but the salesman to know what cars they have?? They wouldn’t even say sorry for wasting your time.
