As far as I’m concerned this place robbed my mother. We brought a cat in one week ago to have checked. We’re trying to help someone who doesn’t have the money for a vet. We didn’t have much information about the cat other than she throws up her food. We had the feline leukemia test done, negative. We had bloodwork done and one week later still no results. $47 for the office visit and $277 for what was done in the office. We were sent home with zero information and one week la… See more
I am happy with the quality of care my Guinea pig received. She had dropped weight quickly and wasn't eating and was able to get her into the vet the same day. Kept her overnight and the receptionist gave me a quote of the charges for the care she needed. The final bill ended up being in the range they quoted me. I am not one to leave reviews and all of this stuff but I have to say the entire staff at Market North Veterinary Hospital are really great people! I recently had to have my cat euthanized and was really tough for me and the kids but they were comforting and caring. Today I received a card in the mail from them giving us their condolences and every staff member wrote a little message and signed it and I really feel like that is above and beyond what any vets I have been apart of have ever done. i had a horrible experience they "examined"my dog and tested his kidneys i took him into another vet the next day and he died of a bowl obstruction could not even reach them to receive the test results they billed me for

I was very wary of the vet as this is my first needed visit for my guinea pig and I am a first time guinea pig owner. However, when I arrived, the staff at reception was friendly and there were cats roaming freely. The doctor was able to diagnose my Ozzy pretty swiftly and has prescribed him drops. They were also able to schedule me the same day I called and had no trouble at all fitting me in. I'm happy and my Ozzy boy is now recovering.
