While I appreciate the new dishwasher. The maintenance request was ignored until I had to send an unpleasant email. Service was completed but very slow. Had I not emailed a reminder, I’m not sure I’d be in a position to take the survey.
Moved into my new apartment and the heat was not working. Stopped by the office and spoke with Amy. She immediately put in a work order to fix it. Loren the maintenance guy stopped by, but did not have the part to fix it. He brought over a space heater to keep the place warm until the part came in. Part came in and Loren fixed the problem. Came home from work tonight to a warm apartment. Thanks guys.
Lived here for almost 3 years now. The manager Amy is wonderful. The rest of the staff is very nice. They are all very down to earth and always willing to help .

I've lived in a few different apartments in downtown Columbus, and hands down Market Mohawk was the best experience I've had with any apartment. The price can't be beat for the location, maintenance requests were always quickly addressed, and the management team is awesome.
