I had a fantastic experience at Market Lane Optical! The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely care about helping you find the right eyewear. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process—from the eye exam to picking out frames. Orders prescription Glasses use my old frame, and after a year one glass start popping off, I was out of town for a while. And now they refused to admit that was wrongly fitted, Because no matter how the frame clamps it it pop out not been able to use it , bad outfit if they can not admitt their error

This has been the best optometrist clinic I have seen in my life. Been going here for 8 years now and they have never let me down. They have the best prices and the best customer service I have ever seen. I was on my last pair of contacts and they ripped as I was awaiting my new shipment to arrive, meaning I wouldn’t be able to see properly for about a week, and I called them to see if they had any spare and they got me a spare right away and took such good care of me. I have eternal loyalty to MARKETLANE optical.
I, like an others here order 2 pairs of very expensive frames. They were shipped “Canada Post” and I have received nothing. Market Lane has not answered phone calls, texts or emails- they did initially- someone named Sal- but then no communication. I would like a refund. My suggestion is do not order anything on line from them. Very disappointed. If you read this please contact me and redeem yourself. I ordered in April- it’s now August!
