They always take the time to listen to your concerns, and try to offer the best cost effective solution for your pet. They always follow-up with phone calls and emails. We've been going to Market Lane Animal Hospital for more than 4 years with our dog for all her treatments, shots & checkups, their service is always great, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, cozy atmosphere. Appointment times are usually available within a couple of days or even sooner. Definitely recommend!
Our dog, Cocoreceived exceptional care during her spaying from Dr. Mina and the whole staff at Market Lane Animal Hospital. The staff often follows up with a courtesy call to see how our dog is doing, and they are always courteous and friendly.
We have been taking our dog Joey to Market Lane Animal Hospital for several years now and feel very confident that he is receiving exceptional care with Dr. Mina and his team. The Dr. and the entire staff are friendly, compassionate and professional. Dr. Mina takes the time on every visit to explain everything clearly and he and his team follow up on every procedure even when Joey gets routine annual shots. We feel Joey is in good hands and would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone looking for pet care.
Today was Santino’s big day, he was neutered! Dr. Mina and his team were amazing, supportive, and thorough. I was extremely nervous for my little guy, and left reassured. Prior to Santino’s procedure they gave me a detailed outline of the day, and it put me at ease. Once his procedure was done, I received a call from Mona to let me know he was doing great!
