You have to call them to come down and check you in cuz their up stairs and it looks like a ghost town until you call them. They are the first building you see directly in front of you when you enter the entrance on the left side after passing the guard shack. They are friendly but I wasn't happy about them smoking weed on the docks right in front of me while I was trying to check in. Frozen 4 pallets Unloaded in 25 minutes They charge $20 per pallet Great experience
I also had a bad experience with one of their drivers and I also called and the woman on the phone couldn’t care less.
