I've been coming here for years. Dr. Ian Xu is highly skilled, friendly and polite. I am very happy being his patient.
This place is extremely unprofessional. The receptionist is very rude, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They seem indifferent to people's well-being, even though I understand there are policies in place. However, they don't inform clients of these policies beforehand. For example, the woman told me she couldn’t reschedule my appointment, despite my explaining that I was very sick at 6 a.m. on the day of the appointment. I had a wonderful experience at Market Dental Centre! My dentist, Dr. Ian Xu, was excellent—very professional, gentle, and thorough. I felt refreshed and clean after my dental cleaning. The whole team, especially Sharon, was very helpful and professional in answering all my questions. All the staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommend!
