Very nice. One block north from Pike Place Market.
I worked here remodelling a couple units that flooded. This is a very nice facility with parking. It is well maintained and the views can be stunning. Every staff member while we worked did everything the could to ensure we were not disturbing the tenants which speaks volumes about how much they care I think.
