Absolutely the worst customer service ever. After being offered an additional night and changed flights we were not even able to stay at the resort for an additional night and was told by the front desk that we could sit in the lobby till 10 pm but would have to leave at that point. This is disturbing as it is me and another female friend. I didn’t travel all this way to be put out on the streets like a dog from this hotel simply because they were over booked.
Had a wonderful afternoon at a celebration of life. We were by the pool and I must say the staff were AMAZING! We preordered a wide variety of appetizers and drinks for family and friends from the Cantina. the Chef and servers were so helpful with our needs to set up the area with our flowers and photos. The bartenders at the Cantina were so delightful. I would highly recommend Loews Coronado.
The Staff at the Cantina resturant is exceptional! They have great food there, their drinks are amazing, and you cant beat the views! 10/10 would recommend

We had an event by the pool at the Cantina facilitaded by Executive Sous Chef Khalifa where we enjoyed delicious Mexican inspired food by Chef Ari. Thank you for the great service provided by Shannon & her team members. Highly recommend this venue.
very understanding and accommodating staff
10 out of 10! Over the past five years we have traveled from NY to Coronado and stayed at the Loews Coronado Bay. In our opinion, especially if you are traveling with kids, this is the place to be. The amenities that are offered by the hotel are by far the best in town. We would also like to extend a special thanks to Travis at the concierge.
