Up sale everything to such a level that it's exorbitant. Their serving subpar foods and drinks. Except at their restaurant Mistral. The place is dirty, including public areas. Overall for a "5 Diamond" resort it didn't deliver.
Such a beautiful place. Big hotel, every window you look out has water views.
We were there with a wedding group, 70 or so of us. The room was very comfortable, we slept extremely well in the inviting bed. Every single staff member we passed, housekeeping, maintenance, front dest, bellmen, servers, were so pleasant, and we felt it was sincere. The never failed to smile, say good day and is there anything you need. Highly recommend for a vacation. You can be active, or relaxed, bring your doggie & your kids! We spent 5 days at this resort for our honeymoon. The staff was excellent. From Aida (the shuttle driver) to Adrianna (the Cantina server by the pool). We were sad to leave but will definitely come back!!!
