Tried MB2Go for the first time. I was beyond impressed with Jessica’s service. I’ve been using Kroger Clicklist for over two years. Jessica’s service was by far the best I’ve had with grocery pickup. She was polite, efficient, and careful in bagging and delivering the groceries. She maintained this during a crisis with extra stress on grocery stores. She may have just converted me to becoming a regular Market Basket customer. Thank you for your help, Jessica!
Customer service booth employees need to be trained on how to not call cops on people from what they think is wrong . Especially when the person is a woman with a baby in hand !!!!!
It’s seems to me that racism leave at this store. Why would that lady call the police on someone that’s trying to send money? 🤦🏾♀️
I do not recommend this place of business because today a friend of mine who is an army vet,wife,daughter and mother of two,also friend to many was victimized all because she wanted to send $20 through Western Union to her mother in law! they felt as though her reason to send just $20 was inadequate and therefore called law enforcement on her! as we all know there has been many instances where law enforcement was called on people of color for simple and unnecessary reasons and they resulted in serious injury and even death! ... read more
The way that a customer was just treated is wrong. Just because she is an African American Female, your employee felt that her wanting to send her mother $20 was some type of fraudulent activity. To do so in front of her young child and then call the police as well, for $20 is si grotesque and immensely disturbing to say the least. This is the type of bs that we will no longer tolerate. Never knew a customer needed an answer to please the cashier to send money. If she was white she would have been able to send it
I am utterly disgusted with the fact that my sister was treated so poorly. In 2019 people are still prejudice and racist. I will never spend one dime in this store or any other place associated with this business.
I am not one to pull the racist card . I feel everyone is created equal and love is love however today my best friend who is a military vet was a victim of stereotype and racial discrimination at this store on today ! We have several videos and we plan to make this go viral ! This type of behavior shouldn’t be tolerated and neither should it be welcomed in our great community
