Mr. Schulte is an expert in the field, a complete professional and a heck of a nice guy. The other review I noticed is ridiculous. The guy actually left a bad review because his property wasn’t worth what he wished it was. Well I wish my property was worth a million bucks! But that doesn’t make it so and it definitely isn’t Mr. Schulte’s fault.
I recently had the worst experience with this company. Donald Schulte came out to one of my properties and gave me an appraisal you wish your tax man gave you. After talking with him he concluded that a 2 unit property that generates $2600 a month in rent, was completely renovated 2 years ago is $12,000 less than an appraisal done in July- prior a deck and patio being added along with a brand new furnace and ductwork.
