After my husband passed away in February, I had no idea where I would go. I no longer wanted the responsibilities of being a homeowner, so my son researched luxury apartments near him and found Market and Main. What a wonderful and comforting move this has been! The staff - Arianna, Lizzy and Ben - are always gracious and very helpful. I love, love, LOVE living at Market & Main! I just upgraded from a 3rd floor 1 bed 1 bath floor plan to a 2nd floor 2 bed 2 bath floor plan, and I couldn’t be more happy! The staff is very kind and helpful, especially Lizzy and Ariana in the leasing office, as well as Ben who does maintenance for both buildings. The only thing that could be improved would be the delivery situation - the callbox on the front door of my building (McCue) is outdated and hasn’t been working as of late. My family moved to Market & Main almost 2 years ago and we have enjoyed each day. The M&M team of Ariana, Lizzy and Ben are responsive, professional and pleasant. We love the location and the property is well-maintained with good storage. A gem!

My husband and I have really enjoyed making Market and Main our home. You can't beat the convenience of being able to walk everywhere. It has made getting to know New Albany so much easier. We also have to give credit to the amazing staff. Ariana, the property manager, is a gem! She's always been so welcoming and helpful. And Ben in maintenance is fantastic – he's always so quick to help, efficient and does a great job. It's the people that make a place feel like home, and they definitely do here!
