I like this store. Very upscale supermarket with a lot of stuff that Price Chopper stores normally carry. A little expensive but there are some cool products I like at this store.
The store is always clean.When they have a sale they're always fully stocked. Friendly staff and always helpful. The employees are always making sure carts are collected in the parking lot and brought back inside. Edited. Purchased a cooked chicken and it was very dry. Didn't even eat it. That's one thing I don't recommend.
Best grocery in Torrington hands down.
The store itself is a nice looking store but the associates at the deli are very nasty. If you need a special order they will make up a story and say they are closed. The associate Wendy Manager is definitely not a people person. The only decent associates there is Brandon and the cashier's. Very disappointed as I have been shopping there for years.
Great store. I am always happy to shop here. They for the most part have everything I shop for.
