Horrible business had a heating and cooling unit installed that only last a couple of months due to a factory defect couldn't get a hold of anyone even tho website says open 24 hours never got contacted after leaving messages finally got in touch with office was told it would be a week or more till someone could come out fast forward a week find out i have a bad coil and manufacturer wants to replace my unit but just better air want me to pay for crane out of pocket for their faulty equipment mind u I paid 500 for the crane ... read more

My air conditioner went out, and JBA fixed it quickly. Their staff was friendly and knew what the problem most likely was when I described what had happened. I would highly recommend JBA. Great service!

BJ and the team at Just Better Air are amazing! Our A/C stopped working on the hottest days of the year, and we were miserable!! i called, and BJ made sure to get us taken care within a day. With an elderly mother and a young child at home, having our air conditioner working again was a huge relief. What I appreciate most is how they genuienly care about their customers. They treated us like family and went above and beyond to make sure our comfort was their top priority! No one likes dealing with a broken A/C in the middle ... read more
