These people use texting as a means to make appointments except you get no reply when leaving all the requested info like VIN, photos of the damage, etc. I simply called and asked what is the holdup after waiting 2 days, and was told "if you have that kind of attitude maybe go somewhere else.... we are really busy". You got it. Gladly gave my money to Chaz.
We wanted perfect work and we got it. It certainly isn’t cheap, but their service and work is top notch. Highly recommend if you want your vehicle back to new after an accident.
Markel's was recommended to me by a friend. It's hard to pick a body shop from Google reviews. I'm a mechanical engineer with many years in the automotive industry and am incredibly picky. Their prices are on the top end for the area, but don't let that scare you. They do top notch work, fair pricing, and when it comes to automotive body work you get what you pay for. I had an amazing experience taking my Volvo to Markel’s! I was unfortunately in an accident over the summer causing damage to the back of my vehicle and they were able to make my Volvo xc60 look brand new again! The whole process was very smooth. They were very on top of things and always kept me in the loop with updates every week! If you want the job done right definitely take your vehicle to Markel’s!
