DO NOT PAY VIA DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD!!!!! My bank frauded their 1st charge to me, Markcity, Rothman, Cantwell & Breitner, PA charges FEES for this no matter the situation or circumstance. The girl who called, Brooke I believe her name was, condescending, rude. Added extra fees, money grabbing out of people they are already collecting on. The most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with I’ve put in multiple requests to just obtain my balance and they never get back to me. It is not s hard thing to inform. When I had spoke with the accountant and told her I’m not getting off the phone without my balance she cut me off and said yup ok you can wait on hold then.. I waited for over 30 min and she never came back on the line. I have been calling Michael Markcity for over two weeks he is always on the phone and NEVER CALL'S BACK, Ms. JoAnn is the rudest person i could ever imagine. Her professionalisma is in the toliet. I find it hard to belive that Progessive Insurance has this atty office handling their business. This office is a MICKEY MOUSE attoney office/collection agencys. Phillip was very helpful and apologetic however I can't say the other employees there are competent at all. Sent in a very important payoff in two separate money orders together in the same envelope, but somehow one of the money orders was over looked and thrown away. Now I have to go through the lengthy process of filing a lost money order claim not to mention the processing fee that I have to come out of pocket for. Misty I am having the same issue with this place. The staff is unprofessional and rude especially the older receptionist who's breath always smells like coffee and cigarettes. I would never hire this law firm for legal advice/help

this company is little more than a collection agency for companies like Progressive Insurance. I have been making payments to them since 2008 and I have paid every month. 05/11/2015 I requested a balance on my account with the hopes of obtaining a loan to pay them off. It is 05/19/2015 and I still do not have a balance. This is inexcusable. I do not see why they can't simply pull up my account and tell me the balance. Every other account I have can. I called and talked to them and it took them one week and I had to call them back and then they keep telling me he would call be back and 3 months latter and never did. I thank it is very sad that an Attorney Office would do this.
