Recently visited the store with two things in mind, finding a local jeweller for our wedding rings and getting a size check to assist the remote resizing of our engagement ring in Iceland. After the owner made it clear he considered us to be taking advantage of his expertise for free with this request, which is fine - we went just down the road to another store that was absolutely lovely and accommodating to deal with. Cannot recommend MarkBridge enough. I took my nana's rings, which were more than 80 years old, to them to be resized and to check they were ok to wear. They came home looking brand new. They're absolutely stunning, fit perfectly and I know I am safe to wear them.

Had ring resized after sizing by a staff member. Upon collection the size was completely wrong and the owner said "you need a whole size smaller. I can tell because I've been doing this for 30 years". Second resizing was perfect but I was charged again (without being quoted - I (naively) assumed they would do free of charge as they got it wrong). My advice: sure you speak to someone senior, who knows how to resize properly.
Very disappointed with recent experience at this store. Make sure everything you want completed to repair and clean jewellery is written down on your quote. I verbally requested repair, clean and new glass face to my late mothers watch, but it hadn’t been written on my receipt. Watch was not working when I collected it the first time and it had not been cleaned or had the glass face replaced as requested.
