We had Markatos for the last 8 months. Their first cleaning was perfect. From there it deteriorated. We had a different crew at different times for every cleaning. The work they did was completely inconsistent. I would not recommend them.
Markatos Services is a family business and when I first hired them, I was impressed by Nichole’s friendly attitude and assuring sales pitch. But over the months, I got very irregular service: some days, I came home to a beautifully cleaned house; other days, I discovered my cat shut out of the room where food and water are, tripped on a pile of wet dirty rags in the snow (yes!), and found towels unfolded and my bed unmade. Markatos Services Inc. has been cleaning my home for almost a year now. Their cleaning crews are detailed and very professional. I love coming home to a clean house so I can relax and not worry about cleaning. I highly recommend their cleaning services!
