I had a horrible experience with Jonathan and Donna. So many complaints, the top being they charge a ton (get ready to pay for Donna's services in addition to Jonathans as you get charged for two "plumbers" each time) and do not seem to be able to fix core plumbing problems. When we disputed the services, it went downhill from there. Best to find a different plumber from the start - there are much better plumbers out there that charge far less (and don't charge for their ride-along wife).

Plumbing charges were for one man 1 hour at $*** an hour for licensed plumber. Charges were for time onsite while waiting for tenant to show for scheduled appointment total labor charged original bill $*** plus parts $*****. We discounted the invoice when customer complained and remove the cost of Flapper installed as customer claimed flapper was the issue, customer refused to inform Marka LLC of what new plumber did to resolve issue.
