This is our second time to work with Ameris Bank and Mark Zielinski as well as Chris Phillips. We used Mark for our original purchase. He was so easy to deal with and sent a prequalified letter to our agent on a weekend so that we were able to outbid another buyer. Mark and Chris are also very good at communicating the documentation that was needed and made it an easy process.
