This is a second review for Mark, because of a second transaction with him. That in itself says a lot, I think. I bought a house with Mark in January and after some remodeling and moving I sold my old house with him in June/July. With Mark’s expert advice and team my house sold for well above what I thought it would and we accepted an offer for over asking within 24 hours of listing. Mark did an outstanding job with us in preparing our house to be sold. Since this was the first time we had sold a house, he was excellent in keeping us appraised of each step along the way.
