Dr. Whealy is extremely thorough and keeps working on finding exactly what's causing my issues. He's kind and his nurses are amazing. It takes true patience to work with chronically ill people and they make the 12 hr trip is so worth it. He is giving me my life back.

I was so sad to see the recent experience another person had that went poorly. My sympathies to them, it's so depressing. I saw Dr. Whealy early 2020; he is THE best and most through headache specialist I have ever encountered,and I have been to three other national headache research clinics. Came in with a rare headache condition. Was given a cisternagram as a diagnostic procedure. Was put in incredible pain with vomiting for several days while I got no contact from the doc or mayo until 2 ER visits and 3 days later. Still in poor condition with dizziness and tinnitus and they recommended ANOTHER lumbar puncture after the 1st has made me suffer for a week straight with no help. I told them no and the nurse for Dr whealy hung up on me.
