What a rare Dr who comes in each time and gives you all the time and attention you need. I would follow him across town.
Dr. Mark Westbrook has been my primary care doctor for a long time. He takes the time to listen and understand your health concerns. True, he does run behind some but he is worth the wait because he is giving all his patients the same time he is giving you.
The ratings on several sites were very impressive and so even though Dr. Westbrook didn't have appointments available until two months away, further from my job/home, and time was earlier than needed....the person that schedules the appointment just convinced me to seek elsewhere. I had called one time to find out the scheduling time of appointments and she said 1:30pm was the latest for new patients. Dr Mark Westbrook has been my PCP for over 25 years. There are NOT enough good words to describe his bed side manner. He looks right at you when you're talking. He LISTENS. (Probably why he runs behind sometimes. LOL) But I wouldn't trade my Dr Westbrook for anything in the world. Can you just imagine how much he has seen me through? He has a great memory too. So hats off and kiddos to Dr. Mark Westbrook. :)
