This doctor obviously was absent the days that his medical school taught bedside manner, compassion and empathy. He is unkind, rude and arrogant. He has the listening skills of a toddler. He also has a “God Complex” the size of Texas and has adopted the New Mexico practitioner’s “don’t know-don’t care” attitude! The office personnel were very nice, but I had terrible responses when I requested a certain referral that was in my network.
Dr. Werner and his assistant are highly qualified, competent and proficient in providing orthopedic medical care. I highly recommend them!
