We set up an appointment 1 month ahead only to find out when we took off work , drove an hour each way , that they had rescheduled my appointment by mailing a reschedule notice to the wrong address . If they would have called or even answered the phone that morning when I wanted to get directions where they were located . Very disappointing ! It doesn't matter how good a Doctor is if their staff is sub-par !
