Went in on May 6 for a hiatal hernia redo surgery came home on May 9th 2026 became ill and my husband took me to the ER in Tyler where the surgeon on duty discovered Dr Watson had nicked a large place in my esophagus I had gone septic and the Tyler Dr said puss was pouring out when they cut me open. I almost died spent the remainder of my hospital stay hooked up to iv antibiotics didn’t go home till May 26. Very weak we have never heard from him but he called the Tyler Dr to check on me. What a horrible Dr. do not use

The best trained, educated, qualified and was the only surgeon in the entire DFW area that would even attempt to perform my corrective procedure. Consultations with four other surgeons flat out told me there was no way they would even attempt the surgery, and I would be lucky to find a surgeon who would. Finally, I found Dr. Watson. A true miracle worker.

Dr. Watson was absolutely amazing to me. I had to have my gallbladder removed, and he was very nice, attentive, and understanding regarding all my questions and concerns.

I would zero stars if I could! Dr Watson is not a trusted dr! Dr Watson didn't tell me years ago and last year when I discussed a hiatal hernia i have that if could not it!. He told me he couldn't do it because it wasn't bad enough! Why didn't he just come out and tell me he couldn't do it at all and just come out and tell me i should have gastric bypass and explain why then? I've had this for years!
